Small Experiment on Variegation 🌱 I just wanted to share a little experiment with you all because variegation is always a topic of discussion… Why is it really intense in some plants – and in others, despite good genes, suddenly more minty or creamy? 🔬 My Test:Alocasia Pseudo Sanderiana Pink Variegata → Experiment Duration: 4.5 months 🌿 1st Photo:The beautifully variegated baby plant right after purchase 🌿 2nd Photo (after approx. 3 months):Here you can see a leaf with rather minty/creamy variegation Setup:– 14h grow light – Humidity over 60% – Watering with osmosis water + high-quality fertilizer – same plant under “X” grow light 🌿 3rd Photo (after 4.5 months):Same plant, same setup: – 14h grow light – Humidity over 60% – Osmosis water + same fertilizer dosage 👉 Only Difference:For 1.5 months it has been under “Y” grow light And honestly…the difference is quite striking 😅 Under the other light, the pink variegation has become significantly more intense and, above all, more stable. ⚠️ Important:This is not a scientific experiment, not an advertisement, and not a promise – just my personal experiment. But I found the result super exciting 👀 ☀️ PS:Sun?No 😄 please don't put your Alocasias in direct, scorching sun. I'm already super excited for the next leaf! 🌱✨
